International charity organizations, Lions and Secour, arrange hearing rehabilitation program in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
In the heart of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, a significant step was taken towards improving hearing health access for young students with impairments. On August 31, 2025, the Lions Club and Secour Aids Pvt. Ltd. joined forces to launch a comprehensive hearing rehabilitation program.
The program, designed with a commitment to inclusive and accessible healthcare services, began with a thorough Hearing Assessment. This initial step aimed to identify the specific needs of each participant, ensuring the most effective solutions could be provided.
Following the assessment, an Ear Check-up was conducted to rule out any potential physical issues that could affect hearing. This was followed by a Counseling session, offering emotional support and guidance to the students and their families.
The program then progressed to Hearing Aid Fitting, where suitable devices were fitted to enhance the students' hearing abilities. To ensure the devices were working optimally, a Final Check was conducted before concluding the program.
