Inquiry Underway for Mishaps in Cologne-Deutz by the Commission
In the early hours of Friday, August 8th, a traumatic incident occurred on Alsenstraße in Cologne-Deutz, Germany. A 34-year-old man was discovered severely injured on the sidewalk.
