IndiQube, a workplace solutions provider, observes a significant increase in their net profit, reaching Rs 18.5 crore in Q1 FY26, marking a 303% jump compared to the previous period.

IndiQube Spaces Limited, a tech-enabled workspace solutions provider, made its debut on the Indian stock exchanges on July 30, 2025. The company, which was founded by Rajesh Mehta, has shown impressive growth in its operations.

In the first quarter of the financial year 2026 (FY26), IndiQube reported a 27% year-on-year increase in IGAAP-equivalent quarterly revenue, reaching Rs 313 crore. The company's EBITDA nearly doubled to Rs 65 crore from Rs 33 crore for the same period a year earlier, reflecting a 61% margin under Ind AS reporting.

Rishi Das, co-founder and CEO of IndiQube, shared these figures. He also reported a net profit that rose 303% to Rs 18.5 crore from Rs 4.6 crore for the same period a year earlier. However, the company posted a net loss of Rs 37 crore under Ind AS reporting due to accounting adjustments.

IndiQube's growth is not limited to financial metrics. Operationally, the company increased its area under management by nearly one million square feet year-on-year, from 7.76 million sq. ft. to 8.7 million sq. ft. This expansion allowed IndiQube to enter two new cities, Kolkata and Mohali, and add 17 new centers over the past year, bringing its portfolio to 120 properties across 15 cities in India.

The company's portfolio occupancy stands at 85%, a testament to its growing popularity. IndiQube's in-house MiQube app, which offers a seamless, tech-integrated workplace experience, has over 83,000 downloads, reflecting user appreciation.

Meghna Agarwal, co-founder of IndiQube, stated that technology continues to play a central role in the company's operations. The company added around 21,000 seats, taking total seat capacity to 193,000.

IndiQube's commitment to sustainability is evident in its initiatives. The company commissioned the first phase of its 20 MW group solar farm in June, generating over 9.8 lakh units of green power and saving Rs 68 lakh in monthly energy costs. IndiQube now has more than 29 green-certified centers.

For Q1 FY26, 98% of IndiQube's revenue was recurring, indicating a stable and consistent income stream. As IndiQube continues to grow and innovate, it is poised to make a significant impact in the tech-enabled workspace solutions industry.
