Join "Pro Urban Trees" for a climate walk focused on the impact of climate change on urban trees. The event, titled "Urban Trees in Climate Change," is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, from 5 to 6:30 PM at Schöntalpark, Goldbacher Straße.

Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insights into the importance of urban trees for city climate, as well as learn about measures being taken to protect and promote urban trees. The walk will demonstrate how urban trees cope with rising temperatures and changing water availability.

Antonia Pfeiffer, the city's climate adaptation manager, and Benedikt Merget, a tree expert, will be participating in the walk. This promises to be an informative and engaging event for all those interested in the role of urban trees in climate change.

The meeting point for the walk is at the entrance to Schöntalpark in Goldbacher Straße. Registration for the event can be done at https://stadtab_klima.ticketmachine.de/de. For more information about the event, visit www.unsere-website.de/klimarundgang.
