Homeland Group's New Mixed-Use Development in Chandigarh
Homeland Group, a renowned real estate developer in Punjab, is set to expand its footprint with the development of Homeland Global Park. The upcoming mixed-use development, located in Sector 75, International Airport Road, Mohali, is a significant step forward for the company.
The Bhumi Pujan ceremony, marking the beginning of the construction, was conducted recently. The development spans across approximately 15 acres of prime land and includes a high-end mall, luxury serviced apartments, boutique offices, and high-end retail spaces.
The high-end mall will feature India's largest indoor arena for live performances and entertainment events, making it an uber premium destination for shopping and entertainment. This development is a follow-up to Homeland Group's successful CP67 project and is in line with the growth of the region as a corporate and luxury retail destination.
Chandigarh, an emerging hub, is attracting corporates for office setup due to the lack of grade A spaces in the city. The development of Homeland Global Park will address this gap, offering large IT floor plates in its boutique offices.
Abhay Jindal, Mrinaal Mittal, and Roger Lemaitre (CEO of Homeland Uranium Corp.) are associated with Homeland Group. Mr Umang Jindal, CEO of Homeland Group, stated that the latest acquisition is a testament to the group's continued success and commitment to delivering quality projects.
Homeland Group is a revered real estate developer in Punjab, known for its contributions to the region's urban landscape. With Homeland Global Park, the group is continuing to achieve new heights of success. The development is expected to significantly contribute to Chandigarh's growth as a corporate and luxury retail destination.
