Conventional club taken aback by recent developments. - Hitler salute incident at cup final!

Scandal Erupts Following Hessen Cup Victory: The Kickers emerged victorious with a 3:2 score against Oberliga team Türk Gücü Friedberg, only to be followed by disturbing incidents.

Amid the chaos of the pitch invasion, a group of hooligans verbally assaulted the Friedberg supporters with racial slurs. A video has gone viral, showing a man giving the Nazi salute. This is considered a criminal offense in Germany. "We have obtained the video," stated a police official. The authorities had already been notified of the incident during the championship match on Saturday.

Outrage is shared by the OFC administration: "Kickers Offenbach denounces any form of racism and discrimination, strongly condemning the actions of the offending individuals. These acts must be thoroughly investigated by the authorities. We pledge our full support for all actions taken to identify the culprits."

Moreover, the statement reads: "Such behavior tarnishes the commendable behavior of the 6,000 Kickers fans who gathered to celebrate the cup win."

Regrettably, the Offenbach supporters weren't all innocent. During the main event, a restroom in the Offenbach sector was vandalized and severely damaged. The facilities had been locked due to an identical incident in March 2018, when OFC triumphed 3:1 against FSV Frankfurt, leading to smashed toilets.

The euphoria over the cup triumph, which automatically generates 216,000 euros in revenue, is marred by these unfortunate events. Sorge (45') netted two goals, while Staude (63') and Breitenbach (73') added one each for OFC. Friedberg's Michel (4') and Reljic (69') found the back of the net.

President Joachim Wagner (57) expressed his relief: "That was incredibly crucial."

However, it's critical for Offenbach to address the ongoing Nazi issue among its fanbase.
