A mysterious incident occurred in Mannheim on Thursday afternoon, as an unknown moped rider managed to evade a police officer on B 535 near the Mannheim Police Headquarters.

According to reports, the police officer attempted to stop the moped rider, but the individual sped away, heading towards Leimen. The ensuing chase ended in a collision, with the moped rider crashing into the right-hand guardrail not far from the control point.

The suspect is described as a male, heavyset, and wearing overalls at the time of the incident. However, the suspect's identity remains undisclosed. Similarly, the moped rider's identity also remains a mystery.
