Guideline for Applying Snapchat Filters to Images Stored in Camera Roll on iPhone and Android Devices
In this guide, we'll show you how to add Snapchat filters to pictures stored in your camera roll.
First, let's start by accessing your camera roll on Snapchat. To do this, simply tap the two rectangular cards located on the left side of the camera button, and then select the "Camera Roll" section.
Once you've chosen a picture, you can apply effects or filters to it. To do this, select the picture and tap the "Edit Snap" option.
Now, you can swipe left or right to choose the filter you want to add to your picture. If you're looking for more options, you can use a third-party app named "Filter for Snapchat." To use this app, you'll need to download and install it from the Playstore. After installation, launch the app, give necessary permissions, and select a photo from your camera roll.
Alternatively, you can use an online tool named "Tool Xox." To use this tool, open it, select the photo from your gallery or files, and add stickers to the image. You can also add text, stickers, or other effects to the edited picture.
Once you've applied your desired filter, you can save the edited photo by tapping the check symbol. You can also choose the orientation size of the photo based on social media icons (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat story, Twitter, or Pinterest).
After saving, you can send the edited picture to your friends or post it to your Snapchat story. Please note that Snapchat only supports the addition of filters (Lenses) in real-time through the in-app camera. Therefore, using third-party apps or online tools is necessary to apply Snapchat filters to pictures from your camera roll.
Lastly, remember that you must log in to your Snapchat account to add filters to pictures from the camera roll. Happy snapping!
