Holy Cross University Enhances On-Campus Dining with Grubhub

Holy Cross Dining Services has made significant improvements to the on-campus dining experience by increasing the usage of Grubhub. The changes, implemented during the winter semester of 2023/24, aim to provide a more reliable point-of-sales system, increased efficiency, and shorter wait times.

Grubhub kiosks have been added to several dining spots across the campus, including Crossroads, Cool Beans, and Hogan. Students can now place their orders at Crossroads, Cool Beans, and Hogan from these kiosks, or via the Grubhub app.

The 1843 Grill and Café Babel are still available on the Grubhub app for ordering ahead. The 1843 Grill now offers a meal swipe option for lunch through the Grubhub app, and dinner orders can be placed from 4 PM to 9:45 PM via the app or kiosks located in Hogan. Café Babel's Grubhub ordering hours have been expanded from afternoon to 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM.

The paper and pencil ordering system at Crossroads has been retired this semester, and a meal swipe can now be used on Grubhub at Cool Beans and Crossroads. Students who forget to order ahead can still visit the 1843 Grill, as the register for Grab and Go orders remains open.
