Government messaging platform now incorporates digital signature service named "Govsklyuch"
In a groundbreaking move, the Russian national messenger and digital platform, MAX, has integrated with the mobile e-signature app "Gosign". This partnership allows users of banks, mobile operators, and other organisations to sign electronic documents on their phones, marking a first in messengers.
"Gosign", developed with the participation of Russia's Ministry of Digital Development, offers enhanced qualified and non-qualified electronic signatures in accordance with Russian legislation. The security of these electronic signatures is confirmed by an FSB certificate, ensuring high security for transactions.
The signing process is straightforward. After receiving a contract in MAX, users simply launch "Gosign", create an electronic signature, and confirm the operation. All signing-related events are accessible to the user in their personal cabinet on the Goservices portal. Once the document has been successfully signed, it returns to MAX, where it can be downloaded or forwarded.
This integration is a first in messengers and is set to revolutionise the way businesses operate. Companies can connect to the new service as early as this year, and the service will be available on all popular platforms - mobile, desktop, and web. MAX, which is included in the Russian software registry, is available on all these platforms as well.
MAX offers a wide range of business services, including mini-apps and chatbots, in addition to voice and video calls, chats, large file transfers, and money transfers. The first company to connect with the new service from MAX and Gosign has not been publicly disclosed.
This integration between MAX and "Gosign" is set to streamline business processes, making them more efficient and secure. With the convenience of signing documents on the go, businesses can now focus on what matters most - growth and success.
