Golden Knights auction personal 'My Favorite Things' baskets for postpartum care

The Vegas Golden Knights Foundation has launched an auction to raise funds for postpartum care. Players and their partners have put together personalised 'My Favorite Things' baskets, each showcasing their off-ice interests. The event will support The Peaceful Mama, a charity helping new mothers after hospital discharge.

The auction begins on March 21 and closes on March 26, aligning with the Golden Knights' home game against the Edmonton Oilers. Fans can bid online at FavoriteThings.givesmart.com or by texting 'FavoriteThings' to 76278.

The baskets will be displayed at T-Mobile Arena on March 26, giving supporters a chance to view them before the game. Each one reflects the hobbies and tastes of the players and their significant others. All proceeds will go to the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation, which funds local causes in education, youth sports, military support, and health. The Peaceful Mama, this year's beneficiary, focuses on filling gaps in postpartum care by offering ongoing support to new mothers.

The auction runs for five days, with bidding open to the public. Funds raised will directly assist The Peaceful Mama's programmes for postpartum families. The Golden Knights organisation continues its commitment to community initiatives through this event.
