The event begins at 7 PM and promises an evening of international music, with a lineup of talented musicians from around the globe.
The concert will be under the musical direction of Jeremias Mameghani, a renowned Düsseldorf lawyer and pianist. Robert Hotstegs will serve as the master of ceremonies. Among the performers are Ievgeniia Iermachkova and Veronika Ittermann (piano), Dinah Berowska and Martin Lucaß (vocal duo), Corinna Hentschel-Stavi (violinist), Ani Ter-Martirosyan (pianist from Armenia), Rem Tabakhnikov & Anna Pashkovska (Ukrainian piano duo), Maia Chkhaidze (singer from Georgia), and Michiaki Ueno (cellist from Japan, recipient of the Beethoven Ring 2024).
This concert aims to draw attention to global crisis zones and countries where people fight for democracy and human rights. The organizers emphasize the non-negotiability of human rights, including the right to asylum and a fair procedure for each individual.
Admission to the concert remains free, but donations are appreciated to support the refugee work of the association. The association's patron for the concert is Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller.
