Germany Market Penetration via Singu

Singu, a leading cloud-based software provider, has announced its entry into the German market, marking a significant milestone in its strategic expansion across Europe. The company's German operations will be spearheaded by two seasoned industry veterans, Peter Vollmer and Paulina Stach, who bring a wealth of experience in business leadership and commercial real estate.

Peter Vollmer, with over 15 years of experience in leading various business areas, has taken on the role of Managing Director DACH at Singu. Prior to this, Vollmer held leadership positions at Tagueri AG and Drees & Sommer SE. Known for his expertise in strategic transformation and building high-performing organisations, Vollmer will focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth for Singu's German operations.

Paulina Stach, another seasoned professional with over 15 years of international expertise in commercial real estate, has been appointed as Head of DACH for Singu's German operations. Stach's experience in connecting retail and logistics-related operations will be instrumental in Singu's strategic expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Stach has held leadership positions at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and ECE.

Singu's SaaS platform, renowned for its efficiency, security, and digitalisation, is already being used to manage approximately 2 billion square feet of commercial real estate across over 35 countries. The platform's client list includes notable companies such as AmRest, ECE, Savills, CBRE, Logicor, Strabag, and Prologis.

With the roll-out of Singu's SaaS platform in the DACH region, the company aims to further strengthen its position as a leading innovation hub in Europe.
