Nico Jansen, a well-known figure in the gaming and betting industry, has passed away. Colleagues and friends have paid tribute to his warmth and professional influence. A fundraiser has also been launched to support his young daughter. Jansen spent over a decade working in the gambling sector. Before that, he built a career in banking and IT. In 2013, he founded Bet IT Best, a betting agency that became part of his legacy.

Beyond business, Jansen was a familiar face at industry conferences. He also co-hosted NEXT.io's *Weekly News* podcast with editor Conor Mulheir. His presence left a lasting impression on many.
