Games Workshop Reveals Kill Team: Dead Silence with New Miniatures and Campaign

Games Workshop has unveiled Kill Team: Dead Silence, a new box set for the tabletop game. The release brings back a fan-favourite narrative campaign, blending competitive, cooperative, and solo play. Pre-orders are set to open ahead of its official launch on November 22nd, 2025.

The box set introduces two new Kill Teams with previously unseen miniatures. Players will find Tau Stealth Battlesuits equipped with bleeding-edge XV26 armour. Alongside them, a squad of Space Wolves warriors—described as grumpy veterans—joins the roster.

The campaign itself takes inspiration from board games rather than traditional skirmish battles. A hex map is included to track progress across different territories and landmarks. This format marks a return to the style of earlier editions, which many fans praised for its depth and replayability. Demand has already surged, with the set selling out at most retailers. Online listings, such as Amazon's, show the box priced at **$290.41**. Pre-orders will soon be available through Games Workshop stores and other authorised sellers, following the timeline outlined in the *40k* roadmap.

The launch of Kill Team: Dead Silence expands the game's narrative and tactical options. With new models, a board game-style campaign, and multiple play modes, it offers fresh ways to engage with the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The set's high demand suggests strong interest from both veteran and new players.
