Game City Vienna 2025 is set to return as Austria's largest gaming event, taking over Vienna City Hall from October 10 to 12. Organisers expect strong interest after last year's edition drew 85,000 visitors. Major publishers and retailers will showcase new titles, demos, and interactive experiences across the weekend.

The event kicks off on Friday at 3 PM with an official opening by Vice Mayor Bettina Emmerling (NEOS). Attendees can look forward to hands-on previews, tournaments, and a lively cosplay parade through the city centre.

Capcom will present *Street Fighter 6* and *Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess*, while Bandai Namco Entertainment offers a demo of *Little Nightmares 3*. Saturday's highlights include a cosplay parade starting at 2 PM, winding through Vienna's streets. The following day, the Red Bull Tetris finale will crown a champion in front of a live audience. With a mix of tournaments, developer sessions, and fan celebrations, the event caters to casual players and hardcore enthusiasts alike. The Vienna City Hall's historic halls will once again transform into a hub for gaming culture.

The cosplay parade, Tetris finale, and hands-on previews of highly anticipated games provide something for every attendee. After last year's record turnout, organisers aim to make this edition even bigger.
