Le Bistrot Francais, a distinguished restaurant in Romania, has announced a new collaboration with renowned French chef, Tom Meyer. The celebrated chef, who holds the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France and has been awarded by the Michelin guide, will coordinate the gastronomic strategy at Le Bistrot Francais for the next three years.

Chef Meyer's innovative culinary style combines classical French techniques with modern influences, promising to elevate the dining experience at Le Bistrot Francais to new heights. From March 3, the restaurant's menu will start bearing his signature, offering exceptional dishes with innovative techniques.

The collaboration between Chef Meyer and Le Bistrot Francais marks a significant milestone for the Romanian gastronomy scene. Le Bistrot Francais will become the only restaurant in Romania to offer a menu signed by a chef with such recognition from the Michelin guide.

Cristian Preotu, the founder and CEO of Le Manoir Group, expressed his excitement about the collaboration, stating that it takes Le Bistrot Francais to an unprecedented level. He also plans to develop the private club concept, which will include the restaurant, shops, and a series of unique related events and experiences, available only for club members.

Club members will have access to approximately three hundred other private clubs around the world. The exclusive events at Le Bistrot Francais will complement Le Wine Club, a concept dedicated to fine dining and rare wine enthusiasts. The restaurant's award-winning wine list, including rare selections from Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne, has been awarded with the Wine Spectator Award.

The restaurant's atmosphere is complemented by works of art signed by Romanian classical painters such as Nicolae Tonitza and Eustaţiu Stoenescu. Le Bistrot Francais also offers an impressive collection of rare cognacs, armagnacs, Calvados, and collectible whiskies.

In addition to Chef Meyer, Le Bistrot Francais will bring in other Michelin-awarded chefs as special guests for exceptional gastronomic experiences. This vision for 2025 is aimed at bringing culinary excellence to the highest level and making Le Bistrot Francais a must-visit destination for food lovers.
