Fredrico Ferrarini takes on the role of Vice President for Revenue Management and Customer Experience at Ampere

In a significant move, Ampere, the electric vehicle (EV) brand, has appointed Frederico Ferrarini as its new Communications Director. The appointment comes as Ampere gears up for a major focus on Customer Experience, as announced by Luca de Meo, CEO of Ampere.

Frederico Ferrarini joins the Leadership Team with a wealth of experience within the Renault Group, having served as the Executive Director of the CEO Office and Chief of Staff to Luca de Meo over the past three years. Prior to this role, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the IS/IT, Customer Experience, and Strategy Departments at Renault Group's headquarters in Paris, having started his career at the company in 2019.

Frederico's deep understanding of the transformation challenges in the industry was highlighted by Luca de Meo during the announcement. This understanding will be instrumental in defining and implementing the product and customer experience strategy for all vehicles in the Ampere range, with a particular focus on electric vehicles.

Frederico's tenure at Renault Group also saw him oversee the Digital Customer Experience strategy for the Dacia brand and establish the first international hub for Renault Digital in Renault Latin America in January 2017. One of his earliest successes was the development of an innovative e-commerce platform for the Renault Kwid launch in Brazil, which marked the first success of the digital development team under his leadership.

Luca de Meo acknowledged the work done by the previous Communications Director, Christian, over the past year and expressed pleasure at welcoming Frederico to the team. In his new role, Frederico will develop and amplify the initiatives launched by Christian, with a focus on ensuring revenue generation throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Frederico's journey at Renault Group began in 2010 when he joined the Engineering Department in Brazil. He then moved to the IS/IT Department at Renault Group in 2014, where he coordinated industrial information systems and implemented Digital Supply Chain technology projects.

While in the Strategy team, Frederico facilitated a transversal team that framed the projects that would later become Ampere, Horse, and Flexis. This experience will undoubtedly prove valuable as he takes on his new role at Ampere.

Despite a lack of publicly available details about Frederico's previous roles or positions at Renault Group before joining Ampere, it is clear that his expertise and close working relationship with Luca de Meo, steering transversal projects on a daily basis, have prepared him well for this new challenge.

As Ampere moves forward with its focus on Customer Experience and the development of its EV range, the appointment of Frederico Ferrarini as Communications Director is a strategic move that is sure to drive the brand's success.
