In the bustling city of Astana, a significant initiative is underway to ensure the safety of medical workers and patients during emergency calls. The project, supported by the Astana's Digitalization and State Services Department, aims to equip 100 emergency vehicles with video surveillance systems by the end of the year.

The first ambulance vehicle has already been fitted with four cameras, a video recorder with a GSM module, and a monitor for real-time image transmission. This technology is expected to positively impact the reduction of road accidents involving emergency medical vehicles and provide a swift reaction to emergency situations, as well as monitor inside and around the emergency vehicles during transit.

The video feed from the ambulance is sent to both the emergency service's dispatch center and the Police Department's Operations Center, allowing for effective monitoring and quick action in case of any incidents.

The city's Health Department is paying great attention to ensuring the safety of medical workers during their shifts, and this project is an important contribution to this goal. Previously reported, 24/7 security posts have been organized in six hospitals in Astana to ensure the safety of medical workers.

The President of the country has also ordered to toughen the punishment for attacks on medical workers, further emphasizing the importance of this initiative. Arman Baianbaev, Deputy Director of the city's emergency medical station, has expressed support for the project, but I do not have access to the specific names of individuals involved in the project for equipping emergency vehicles with modern video surveillance systems at Astana City Hall.

Over the past three years, 66 incidents of attacks on emergency teams have been recorded in Astana. This project is a significant step towards ensuring the safety of medical workers and patients, and it is hoped that it will help to reduce these incidents in the future.

This project is a testament to Astana's commitment to the safety and well-being of its citizens, particularly during emergency situations. The goal is clear: to ensure the safety of medical workers and patients during emergency calls, and the city is taking active steps to make this a reality.
