In a series of impressive performances, poker ambassador for ACR Poker, Katie Lindsay, has had a standout summer at the World Series of Poker (WSOP). Most recently, Lindsay reached the final table of a $1,000 WSOP Online Bracelet event, finishing in 8th place and earning $13,858.

Prior to her WSOP success, Lindsay made a deep run in the WSOP Mini Main Event with 10,794 entries, placing 8th for a substantial prize of $114,260. She also had a notable finish in the WSOP $777 Lucky 7s, placing 28th for $17,860.

As the WSOP summer comes to a close, Lindsay's focus has shifted to ACR Poker's $10 Million GTD Venom tournaments, which kick off on August 10. The PLO and NLH Mystery Bounty Venoms will begin at 12:05pm ET.

When it comes to mystery bounty events, Lindsay emphasises the importance of building a big stack and seeking out good spots, situations, and positions. The format of these events requires a lot of aggression, and Lindsay is most looking forward to the top bounty in both the Venoms.

For first-time Venom players, Lindsay offers some advice: have fun and play well. She encourages players heading into the Venoms to believe in themselves and enjoy the experience.

Reflecting on her WSOP summer, Lindsay considers it her best career summer, with two final tables and two other deep bracelet runs. Despite a regretful decision in her final hand of the $777 Lucky 7s event, where she busted with a flush draw, Lindsay feels inspired to keep working on her game due to the feeling of success from her WSOP performances.

More chances to play Day 1s for the Venoms will follow each Thursday and Sunday up to August 24. The final tables for both Venoms will play out on August 26, and the Day 2s will take place on August 25. As the poker world gears up for the upcoming ACR Poker Venoms, Lindsay's journey serves as a testament to the thrill and potential rewards of these high-stakes tournaments.

In the upcoming ACR Poker's $10 Million GTD Venom tournaments, Lindsay plans to focus on the PLO and NLH Mystery Bounty Venoms, appreciating the need for a big stack and strategic positioning. Reminiscing on her summer, Lindsay views her WSOP performances as the highlight of her career, with two final tables, two deep bracelet runs, and a significant win in the WSOP Mini Main Event, despite a tough loss in the $777 Lucky 7s event with a flush draw.
