Florida lottery players can now buy tickets online with theLotter

Florida residents will soon have a new way to play the lottery online. The global courier service theLotter is expanding into the state, offering a digital platform for ticket purchases. The launch coincides with National Lottery Week, running from July 12 to July 19, 2022.

TheLotter has operated for over 20 years, providing lottery services across several US states. Currently, players in New Jersey, New York, Minnesota, Oregon, and Texas already use the platform. Its system allows users to pick their own numbers, buy tickets, and manage everything through a personal account.

To start, Florida players must register, verify their identity and age, and add a payment method. Once set up, theLotter purchases physical tickets from a licensed retailer in Florida and scans them into the user's account. The platform also sends win notifications and automatically deposits prizes of $600 or less. The service is designed to be user-friendly, with options available in both English and Spanish. Yael Hertz, CEO of theLotter, highlighted the convenience this brings to customers in Florida. The company's experience in the industry ensures a smooth process for players looking to join online.

The expansion into Florida gives lottery fans another way to participate in draws. With theLotter's system, they can buy tickets, track results, and claim smaller wins without visiting a store. The service is set to launch as part of the state's National Lottery Week celebrations.
