Devastating Event in Lower Saxony - Five-year-old boy meets fatal end as he darts into the road, struck by a vehicle.
On a Saturday afternoon at around 2:35 PM, the police reported that a young boy darted onto the street of Hannoversche Straße while disregarding the moving cars. He was struck by a Golf driver, 85 years old, who hit him hard enough to toss him onto the pavement. Despite valiant efforts from the ambulance staff to revive the child, they were unsuccessful in saving his life. After the incident, the elderly driver was left reeling with shock and received emotional support from a counselor.
