First-time LOTTE Global Job Fair in Vietnam 2025 presents approximately 300 employment prospects

The LOTTE Group, a South Korean conglomerate, recently made Vietnam its third most important market, following South Korea and Japan. To further strengthen its presence in the Southeast Asian nation, LOTTE held its inaugural Global Job Fair in Vietnam 2025 at the L7 West Lake Hanoi by LOTTE hotel.

The job fair, which took place in two sessions—morning (9am-12.30pm) and afternoon (2pm-5.30pm)—offered a unique opportunity for candidates to practice face-to-face interviews, gain career insights, and receive self-development guidance from industry experts.

Eight member companies of the LOTTE Group participated in the fair, including LOTTE Mall West Lake Hanoi, LOTTE Department Store, LOTTE Hotel Hanoi, L7 West Lake Hanoi by LOTTE, LOTTE World, LOTTE Property & Development, LOTTE Innovate, and LOTTE Mart.

In addition to the mock interviews and career counselling sessions, the fair featured interactive games, recruitment booths, and exclusive gifts. A special "Company Tour" programme offered candidates a first-hand experience of a Korean-style workplace environment and culture.

Kim Joon Young, Representative of Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi and Head of Overseas Business, Lotte Department Store, was present at the event, emphasizing that all activities at the fair were designed to deliver practical value and provide a personalized experience.

LOTTE Group Chairman Shin Dong-bin expressed his ambition to further invest in Vietnam, particularly in human resources development. The job fair aimed to connect talent with real opportunities at LOTTE, helping participants improve interview and professional communication skills while gaining a deeper understanding of LOTTE's corporate culture.

More than 1,000 applicants attended the job fair, making it a successful event in LOTTE's efforts to establish itself as a significant player in the Vietnamese market. The LOTTE Global Job Fair in Vietnam 2025 marked the beginning of a new era for the LOTTE Group in the country, offering opportunities in fields such as retail, hospitality, property management, technology, and entertainment services.
