On August 30, 2021, a significant vegetation fire fighting exercise will be held near Wiesenstraße between Rheinfeld and Zons. The event, conducted by the Dormagen fire department, will take place from 12 to approximately 16.30 hours.
For the safety and efficiency of the exercise, it will be held in secured areas. Numerous fire department vehicles will be in operation at the exercise site, and only straw will be burned during the exercise.
