Financial contribution of 500 euros went toward direct aid for OB

In the charming city of Landshut, Christoph Jung, the owner of the Men's Shop Landshut, has made a significant contribution to the community. Jung, who acted as a local waste ambassador for the initiative "Waste separation works!", recently donated his fee from promotional measures to the mayor's direct aid "Landshuter for Landshuter".

For 15 years, the mayor's direct aid has been providing quick and unbureaucratic help to those in need from the city. Jung's donation will support people in need from Landshut who have fallen into distress through no fault of their own.

The donation is not directly linked to the waste separation initiative, but it supports two important actions at once: waste separation and the mayor's direct aid. This generous act comes as Landshut participates in the nationwide action "Germany separates. You too?" in June.

Jung was welcomed by Mayor Alexander Putz and Richard Geiger, head of the municipal waste management department, in the town hall. The initiative "Waste separation works!" emphasizes the importance of environmental and climate protection, a message that Jung has been promoting as a local waste ambassador.

The city ran promotional campaigns locally and on social media about proper waste separation, and Jung's role as a local ambassador gave the action a local face. The Men's Shop Landshut, located in the city centre, was a visible part of these campaigns.

Mayor Putz expressed his gratitude for Jung's donation, acknowledging its significance in supporting the community. The donation from Jung's promotional measures will be used where it is most needed. The help for needy people in the city through the direct assistance of the mayor is provided for a period of three years.

The initiative "Waste separation works!" is emphasizing the importance of environmental and climate protection, and Jung's donation serves as a testament to his commitment to these causes. His generous act encourages others to consider how they can contribute to their communities and the environment in meaningful ways.
