Female, 39 years old, ends life at the hands of a male perpetrator who previously committed a violent rape seven months prior on another victim.
Man Charged with Murder and Multiple Sexual Offenses in North London
In a shocking turn of events, Simon Levy has been charged with the murder of Sheryl Wilkins and multiple sexual offenses against another woman in Tottenham, North London.
The tragic discovery of Sheryl Wilkins' body was made on the High Road in Tottenham at around 7:30am on August 24. Despite efforts to revive her, she was declared dead at the scene.
Levy, who wore sunglasses during court proceedings due to being blind in one eye, appeared in Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court today, accused of the mentioned crimes. He has been charged with the murder of Sheryl Wilkins and grievous bodily harm, rape, and intentional suffocation, relating to a second woman.
The alleged incident involving the second victim occurred in Tottenham on January 25. However, no further details about her identity or condition were provided. The second victim, a woman aged 35, is currently receiving support from specialist officers.
While under arrest for Sheryl Wilkins' murder, Levy was further arrested on suspicion of two counts of rape, grievous bodily harm, and intentional strangulation relating to the second victim.
