Federal Law Enforcement Seeks Testimony: 16-year-old Assaulted by Another Passenger in ICE - BPOL-KS requests eyewitness reports

The Federal Police Inspectorate Kassel has initiated an investigation following an incident of bodily harm that occurred on ICE 373, car 5, while traveling towards Fulda on August 30.

According to the reports, a 30-year-old man allegedly punched a 16-year-old passenger without warning. The victim did not sustain serious injuries and did not require medical attention.

The incident was reported by the 16-year-old's companion to the train staff, who then informed the Federal Police Inspectorate in Kassel. Upon the train's stop in Fulda, a patrol from the Federal Police Station Fulda took over the case.

The alleged reason for the attack was the suspect's belief that the teenager was filming him with a smartphone. Witnesses are sought for the incident that occurred around 15:20 on August 30.
