Federal law enforcement officers carry out arrest orders in Kaiserslautern and Mainz, according to reports
The Bundes Police Inspection Kaiserslautern has announced that two men, aged 44 and 45, are facing legal consequences for separate offences.
On January 26, 2025, at 3:00 AM, a 45-year-old German man was checked by Federal Police at Kaiserslautern Central Station. The Public Prosecutor's Office in Freiburg had issued an enforcement warrant against him for violating maintenance obligations. As a result, he was sentenced to serve a remaining prison term of 47 days.
Similarly, on January 26, 2025, at 7:55 AM, a 44-year-old German man was checked by Federal Police at Mainz Central Station. The Public Prosecutor's Office in Nuremberg-FΓΌrth had issued an enforcement warrant against him for fraudulently obtaining benefits. He was sentenced to serve 126 days in Rohrbach Prison due to an unpaid fine of 1890 euros.
