Federal authorities carry out arrest warrant, threatening imprisonment or a fine of €2200 for BPOLI MD
In a series of events that unfolded over two years, a man was arrested by the Federal Police at Halle's central station on June 23, 2025, following an arrest warrant issued two months prior.
The man's legal troubles began in May 2023 when the District Court of Tirschenreuth convicted him for violations of the Explosives Act. The court imposed a fine of 3000 euros or an alternative sentence of 60 days imprisonment. However, the man only managed to pay a part of the imposed fine, leading to the issuance of the arrest warrant.
Prior to his arrest, the man had been sought by the Public Prosecutor's Office in Weiden, Upper Palatinate. The execution of the arrest warrant was communicated to the issuing authority. After completing necessary procedures, the man was taken to a detention facility to serve the remaining 44 days of his imprisonment.
It is important to note that the man had a previous conviction for violations of the Explosives Act in May 2023. However, the search results do not provide any information about the leader of the Federal Police supervision in Magdeburg affected on June 23, 2025, nor about his involvement with violations of the Explosives Act.
For further inquiries regarding the man's arrest warrant execution, the Federal Police Inspectorate in Magdeburg can be contacted. The contact details are as follows:
