Fashion industry's full-scale transition: Who's Next emerges as a comprehensive trade fair hub

Who's Next and Sourcing & Solutions Embrace Transparency and Innovation

Who's Next, a renowned show for the fashion industry, has expanded its horizons with the introduction of Sourcing & Solutions. This event, held until September 8, 2025, is structured around four key sectors: lingerie, jewellery, ready-to-wear materials sourcing, and a new area called The Creative Hub.

The Creative Hub, a significant addition, aims to make the manufacturers behind the brands more visible. In this section, a jersey weaving machine brought by Bugis, a French creator and manufacturer of knitted fabrics, was a highlight of the show.

Meanwhile, the "Brillant" area, supported by FranceEclat, a professional committee for the economic development of the watchmaking, jewellery, goldsmithing, and silverware industry, showcases nine niche, precious, and high-end costume jewellery brands. Aurore Jeunot, creator of Valois Varden house, specializing in sentimental jewellery, participated in Who's Next with 50% subsidy from FranceEclat.

Who's Next has positioned itself as the show for the fashion industry, offering retailers the opportunity to find partners for manufacturing shoes or launching a line of jewellery. Better informed retailers can pass on this information to a clientele that is increasingly concerned about traceability.

Sylvie Pourrat, director of Who's Next and Premiere Classe, confirms that this is a step towards absolute transparency in terms of sustainability. Freฬdeฬric Maus, CEO of WSN, aims to make Who's Next the largest concept store in the world.

Who's Next Home is a new sector announced at the previous edition, bringing together around 50 all-terrain designer brands around home goods. Kult Collection, a brand known for candles and porcelain tableware accessories, is exhibiting at Who's Next Home after being invited by Ankorstore.

Arhas International, a French SME, had never communicated on the fact that it manufactures hats, under a white label. The company exhibited its products at Who's Next and Premiere Classe. Bosabo, another company, which had never entered into the work process of its manufacturing, also showcased its products at the event.

Who's Next September 2025 is reinventing itself to cover the entire fashion industry, from downstream to upstream. This includes the introduction of new areas to its initial brand offering. The event also hosts Who's Next Lab, which brings together six brands around the concept of innovation, particularly 3D printing, such as Laura Deweilde's Incxnnue and Gauthier Combes' Cosmos.

Kult Collection, despite not previously venturing onto the traditional path of the fashion and lifestyle ecosystem, has won over 400 international retailers. This goes to show that the expansion of Who's Next and Sourcing & Solutions is not only beneficial for the manufacturers but also for the retailers and consumers alike.
