Ezugi and bet365 team up to expand live casino gaming by 2025

Ezugi, a leading live casino provider owned by Evolution, has announced a new partnership with betting giant bet365. The deal will bring Ezugi's live casino games to bet365's platform in key regulated markets, including Ontario, New Jersey, and the UK. Both companies now prepare for a full launch by the end of 2025.

The collaboration aims to expand Ezugi's reach while enhancing bet365's gaming offerings with titles like EZ Baccarat and Revolution Roulette. Ezugi's growth strategy focuses on teaming up with major operators in Europe and North America. This latest agreement with bet365 aligns with that goal, as the betting firm seeks to broaden its live casino portfolio. The partnership will introduce Ezugi's games to bet365's players, adding variety to an already popular section of the platform.

Before going live, both companies must secure the necessary German gambling licences from the Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder. This includes appearing on the official whitelist under the GlüStV 2021 regulations and completing strict customer verification checks. Without these steps, operations in Germany would remain illegal under the updated Glücksspielgesetz.

Ezugi operates from 12 studios worldwide and specialises in creating engaging live casino experiences. The company's mission centres on delivering fresh, interactive games that tap into the social appeal of live dealer products. Meanwhile, bet365 sees this partnership as a way to offer players more innovative and immersive gaming options.

The deal also follows a recent leadership change at Ezugi. Gilad Ben-Ami, who previously served as the company's COO for nearly a decade, has now taken over as CEO. His appointment comes as Ezugi strengthens its position in the competitive live casino market. The partnership between Ezugi and bet365 is expected to launch by late 2025, pending regulatory approvals. Once live, bet365's players will access a wider selection of Ezugi's live casino titles, including EZ Baccarat, Revolution Roulette, and Lucky 7. The move reflects both companies' push to grow in tightly regulated gaming markets.
