EY's Diwali celebrations unite teams and champion inclusion across offices

Kanchan Khantwal, an Assurance Senior and organiser of the Guernsey event, described the gathering as heartwarming. She noted how colleagues embraced the festivities, reinforcing a shared sense of belonging. Daniel Luwun, EY's Assurance Partner and DEI Champion, echoed this sentiment, stating that diversity and inclusion are essential for a stronger workplace.
