We Out Here, a not-for-profit festival, is making waves in the UK's event scene by offering a unique blend of music, wellness, and artisanal dining. Taking place at the former estate of the Ashley-Cooper family in Dorset, England, the festival caters to music lovers across generations who prioritize wellness alongside entertainment.

The festival's model offers transformative experiences while remaining accessible, commanding loyalty in a saturated market. It partners with various organisations to provide a wide range of wellness activities, from bodyweight circuit sessions and hot tubs to spa treatments and authentic Russian banya contrast therapy at Go Banya.

Ixta Belfrage's Saturday lunchtime sitting at the festival offered an entirely gluten-free menu, previewing recipes from the forthcoming book FUSÃO. Grilled chicken with moqueca sauce, paired with lime and spring onion slaw, was available at £70 per head during this special event. However, affordable, wholesome food options are also available at We Out Here, with certain dishes priced at £6.50 from vendors like Club Mexicana, Chicken Bandits, and Blue Moon Cafe.

We Out Here also recognises the importance of mental health. It partners with blink Mental Health to offer free one-to-one therapy sessions, and in 2025, the organisation partnering with We Out Here will provide free individual therapy sessions in rented tents for those seeking to overcome mental health disorders. The festival also offers a neurodivergent safe space with adjustable lighting, weighted blankets, and ear defenders.

The global wellness market is on the rise, with a 27% growth forecast to over £5 billion by 2024. Mintel identifies Gen Z and Millennials as the core audience for live music events, seeking premium, personalised experiences over quantity. We Out Here seems to have struck the right chord, combining exceptional musical programming with holistic wellbeing offerings and artisanal dining.

The festival also boasts a Knowledge area for DJ workshops and artist talks. For fitness enthusiasts, Mission E1 in Shoreditch offers a movement studio with various fitness classes, and The Body Lab in Kensington combines luxury private gym facilities with cutting-edge preventative and regenerative treatments.
