The IT industry is gearing up for an exciting event, as the Topic Tasting Carousel takes centre stage at the Congress organised by our website. The event will take place at the Pyramid in Mainz on the 2nd and 3rd of September, 2025.

Katja Leenen, a communication expert at the Netgo Group, will kick off the discussions, delving into modern sales in the IT channel. She will highlight why trust is the most important sales factor today and how communication, feedback, and social selling are altering the traditional sales approach.

Paul Martin, CEO of equipme GmbH, will follow with a session on leadership roles in transition, cultural barriers, decision-making processes, and the challenges of being a boss. He promises a straight talk for everyone who takes responsibility.

Benjamin Kreuzer, Vice President Marketing at connectxa, will then explore the topic of project business. He will discuss the balance between standardization and individualization, project sizes, complexity, and whether IT service providers truly deliver solutions or just services.

The Topic Tasting Carousel will feature four stations, each discussing key challenges for IT service providers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). These stations will be moderated by experienced experts from the industry, offering a clear view of the channel reality.

Robert Sieber, the CEO of MSP-Support GmbH, will discuss the transformation of support from a cost factor to genuine added value. He asserts that good service is not a coincidence but a strategic decision.

The discussions at the stations will be direct, honest, and practical, ensuring a concise and informative experience for all attendees.

For those interested in joining, the link to the registration, agenda, and speakers for the Congress is available on our website. We look forward to seeing you there!
