Exploring Augsburg City
On Saturday, September 13, the Catholic Workers' Movement (KAB) Heideck is organising its annual outing, leading to the city of Augsburg. Here's a rundown of the itinerary for the day.
The day begins bright and early, with boarding opportunities available at two locations: the REWE parking lot in Thalmässing at 7:45 AM, and the festival grounds in Heideck at 8:00 AM. These are the only boarding locations for the KAB outing.
Once everyone is safely on board, the bus journey commences. The fare for members of KAB is set at 25 euros, while non-members will be charged 30 euros. It's important to note that the bus fare will be collected during the journey.
Upon arrival in Augsburg, a city tour titled "Concise and Comprehensive" awaits at 10:00 AM. After a satisfying lunch, there are two opportunities to participate in a second tour of the Fuggerei.
The outing concludes with a service at the revered St. Ulrich and Afra at 5:00 PM. It's worth mentioning that there will also be a service at St. Ulrich and Afra at 5:00 PM, separate from the conclusion of the KAB outing.
