Experienced Software Developer Position (with option for remote work or relocation)

Propellerhead is looking for a seasoned Software Developer to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 7+ years of experience, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our code base, as we transition from C# to Rust.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in TypeScript and a modern web application framework, preferably React. They should also have hands-on experience with up-to-date .NET frameworks for maintaining existing code. Additionally, some experience with Rust is desirable, as the role will heavily transition to this programming language.

The role requires construction of software at every layer of the stack. The candidate should have experience with asynchronous services and/or stream processing, and they must be comfortable with container-based deployments, having experience with Kubernetes.

Collaboration is key in this role. Candidates will work closely with client stakeholders, Propellerhead Developers, Analysts, and Solution Architects. They will also have the opportunity to actively participate in software solution design and review components delivered by implementation partners to ensure quality measures.

The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate between requirements and technical tasks. They should be able to produce clear and concise design documents.

The role also involves providing second-line support for the systems built. The candidate is required to include a cover letter with their application.
