On September 7, stargazers across Germany will have the opportunity to witness a total lunar eclipse at various observatories and planetariums. Here's a rundown of the events taking place:

Lake Constance Planetarium, Kreuzlingen

The Bodensee Planetarium and Observatory will host a public observatory event on September 7 at 19:00 in Kreuzlingen at Lake Constance. No specific dress code or registration is required for this event.

Stuttgart Planetarium

The Stuttgart Planetarium will offer a unique experience as it combines the album "The Dark Side of the Moon" by Pink Floyd with 360-degree projection, star projector, and laser show from 18:00 onwards. Tickets for this event can be pre-ordered online for 9.00 euros, and admission is free. If weather conditions are unfavorable, the Stuttgart Observatory will offer a paid alternative program of presentations. Stuttgart Observatory

The Stuttgart Observatory will be open from 20:00 onwards on clear evenings. The totality of the lunar eclipse at Stuttgart Observatory lasts until just before 21:00.

Zollern-Alb Observatory
