New Porsche Panamera Models Arrive in the UK

Porsche AG has announced the arrival of several new models in the Panamera range, including the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, Panamera GTS, and a Sport Turismo model. The first deliveries of these new Panamera models are expected to begin in the UK within the next two months.

The Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, the top model in the new range, is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 and a gearbox-mounted electric motor, producing an impressive 771bhp and 738lb/ft of torque. This powerful combination allows the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid to accelerate from 0-62mph in a blistering 2.9 seconds, making it one of the quickest cars in its class. The car also boasts a bigger 25.9kWh battery, offering an EV range of 54 miles.

The Panamera GTS, on the other hand, is for those who prefer involvement over outright power. The GTS features stiffer anti-roll bars and is 10mm lower than other Panamera models, giving it a more agile and responsive feel. It is powered by a 4.0-litre V8, delivering 493bhp and a 0-62mph time of 3.8 seconds.

In addition to these new models, the Panamera range also includes the Panamera Diesel and Hybrid. According to Porsche, a new Panamera model may be under development, but the company has not yet confirmed any details.

The 2013/2014 facelift for the Porsche Panamera was revealed earlier this year, featuring a new Panamera S E-Hybrid with 410bhp. The new Porsche Panamera Turbo S was also introduced as the top model in the refreshed range.

The Panamera was initially unveiled at Shanghai, and details of the facelift were published before Porsche's official reveal, with most news on the update being accurate. Both the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid and the Panamera GTS are now available for purchase, with starting prices of £168,700 and £125,600, respectively.

Lastly, the Panamera range also includes a Sport Turismo model in the updated lineup. The Sport Turismo offers the same performance and luxury as the standard Panamera, but with a more spacious and practical interior, making it an ideal choice for those who need a bit more room.

The new Porsche Panamera models bring a fresh and exciting range of options for those seeking high-performance luxury vehicles. Whether you prefer the raw power of the Turbo S E-Hybrid or the agile handling of the GTS, there is a Panamera model to suit every taste.
