Evolution of retail ideas: the need for transplanting stores

In the heart of Hanau, a vibrant hub of new business ideas is blooming. The Service Center Hanau on Nuernberger Street is now home to a diverse array of innovative retail concepts, nurtured within the protective space of the Greenhouse of Retail Concepts.

Among the new arrivals is "Edelgart Farm," offering fresh vegetable boxes for pickup every Thursday. For those with curly, natural, or Afro hair, "Curly 'N' Covered" provides a range of handmade hair care products and accessories. For those seeking gluten-free and vegan options, "ConsciousHealthyEating" offers a selection of low-histamine sauces, baking mixes, and other products.

"Maju Beetle," a Wetterau region-based company, offers handmade baby and children's clothing. "HeiaPopeia" provides a test and customizable sleep system in a pinewood bed, along with pillows and bedding. For those with a sweet tooth, "Bembelbee" offers honey and tea lights made from beeswax, produced locally in Hanau's urban gardening project.

From the Netherlands, "De Pindakaaswinkel" has brought five different flavours of peanut butter to Hanau for tasting and purchase. "Savobel" offers naturally produced and socially responsible soaps, while "ConsciousHealthyEating" caters to those with specific dietary needs.

These new retail concepts are the result of the federal ministry of housing, urban development, and building's "Future-Proof Inner Cities and Centers" funding program, which has provided support for innovative ideas. As some of the more mature retail concepts reach maturity and move to new locations in the city, the Greenhouse of Retail Concepts is preparing to welcome more innovative ideas.

These new retail concepts are being introduced starting now and will be transplanted to the Service Center on Nuernberger Street. For those looking to explore the latest in retail, the Greenhouse of Retail Concepts in Hanau is the place to be.
