Evelyn Brinser, a woman of unwavering faith and boundless love, passed away in July 2025 in Clermont, Florida. Her life was a testament to service, fellowship, prayer, and a sharp wit that left an indelible mark on those who knew her.
Born to Rev. Oscar and Esther Brinser, Evelyn's journey began with a strong foundation in faith. She earned a BA in Bible and later became a registered nurse, using her skills to serve others both in her profession and as a missionary.
Evelyn's life took a transformative turn when she embarked on a missionary journey with Operation Mobilization in Africa. Her service through Africa Inland Missions spanned many years, during which she touched countless lives with her compassion and dedication.
Upon returning from Africa, Evelyn found joy in the Africa Inland Mission retirement community in Florida. She continued to love and pray for many people, especially her family members, until her final days.
Evelyn was the devoted wife of John L. Schulz. Together, they shared a life filled with fellowship, worship, singing, and laughter. Their home was a beacon of love and faith, a sanctuary where many found solace and comfort.

A Celebration of Life for Evelyn Brinser will take place in Florida, where her life's story will be celebrated by those who knew and loved her. A private graveside service will be held prior to the celebration.
