Euskirchen’s Open Heritage Day Attracts 1200 Visitors to Historic Sites

Euskirchen’s Day of Open Heritage drew around 1200 visitors to explore local landmarks and cultural sites. The event featured guided tours, exhibitions, and a classical concert, offering a glimpse into the town’s history and restoration efforts.

Across the town, attendees explored a range of historic locations. The evangelical church tower on Kölner Str. provided panoramic views over Euskirchen, while the cemetery on Frauenberger Str. hosted tours on the theme of 'War and Peace' alongside an exhibition on post-war history.
