Enterprise development advances with appointment of a new Chief Growth Officer at ViewQwest.

ViewQwest, a leading network and security solutions provider in the Asia-Pacific region, has announced the appointment of Peter Molloy as its Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Molloy will be based at the Group Headquarters in Singapore and will report directly to the CEO, Vignesa Moorthy.

Molloy brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology sales to ViewQwest. He has worked with global leaders such as Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, NetApp, Firescope, Tintri, and Computer Associates. Before joining ViewQwest, Molloy was with StarHub.

In his new role, Molloy's mission is to expand ViewQwest's high-value customer base and reinforce the company's leadership in innovative network and security services. He will spearhead ViewQwest's enterprise expansion across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, the Philippines, and the broader Asia-Pacific market.

Moorthy, the CEO of ViewQwest, stated, "Peter's appointment as CGO at ViewQwest is at a defining moment for the company. His extensive experience and proven track record make him the perfect candidate to lead our enterprise expansion efforts. We are confident that his leadership will help us capture the immense opportunities ahead."

Molloy's appointment comes as ViewQwest is doubling down on growth. The company has shown strong growth momentum, including successful entry into Hong Kong, wins in large enterprise projects, and the expansion of customer sites in North and Southeast Asia. ViewQwest aims to challenge conventions, build next-generation enterprise network and security offerings, and deliver greater value to its customers across APAC.

Benjamin Tan, who has been instrumental in scaling the Wholesale Business at ViewQwest, will continue to focus on expanding ViewQwest's international connectivity, strengthening IP transit and peering partnerships, and shaping the next generation of wholesale services.

Peter Molloy looks forward to building on ViewQwest's momentum, growing the enterprise business, launching new solutions, and expanding the company's presence across Asia Pacific. His background in the Australian Army, where he retired as a Major, has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and a strategic mindset, which he believes will be beneficial in his new role.

Molloy has also founded start-ups earlier in his career, which he believes gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities of growing a business. He is excited about the opportunity to work with the strengthened leadership team at ViewQwest and help the company continue its growth trajectory.

With Molloy's appointment, ViewQwest's leadership team is positioned to drive the company forward and capitalise on the opportunities in the rapidly evolving technology landscape. The company is poised to continue its mission of introducing new technologies and services, identifying and executing on new market entry strategies, and building strategic partnerships to accelerate time-to-market.
