Enhanced Road Safety through Youth Traffic Schools: Announced Additional Class Dates

In the heart of Germany, the city of Giessen has announced a unique opportunity for children who are not yet licensed drivers. The city, acting as the organiser, will be hosting a traffic training event specifically designed for children aged 6 to 11.

This initiative, which has been available since April this year, aims to provide youngsters with valuable road traffic experiences in a protected and controlled environment. Each session will take place from 10:00 to 13:00, and will occur in the Weststadt area, at Krofdorfer Street 109a.

The traffic training is open to residents or families of Giessen, and parents are invited to attend the sessions with their children. To ensure safety, a traffic-appropriate bicycle and helmet are required for the training. It's important to note that a person of full age must supervise during the event.

The traffic school will have three additional dates in 2025: August 30, September 13, and 27. However, the specific dates for the sessions in June have not been specified.

This event offers a great chance for children to learn about road safety and traffic rules in a fun and interactive way. By participating, they can gain essential skills that will help them navigate the roads safely when they become licensed drivers in the future.

So, if you're a parent living in or around Giessen, consider enrolling your child in this valuable programme. It's a fantastic opportunity to help them develop important skills while fostering a sense of independence and responsibility on the roads.
