- Starting September 1st, the advertising of VPNs and other means of bypassing blocks will be prohibited.
- Violations will result in fines of up to 80,000 rubles for individuals, up to 150,000 rubles for officials, and up to 500,000 rubles for legal entities.
- Fines for not yielding to emergency vehicles in Russia will increase from September 1st.
- Banking and Fraud Prevention:
- Credit organizations in Russia will check for signs of fraudulent activity before releasing funds.
- If the Bank of Russia detects signs of a crime, all bank machines of the organization will have a withdrawal limit of 100,000 rubles. If bank employees detect signs of fraud, a client's daily cash withdrawal will be limited to 50,000 rubles for 48 hours.
- University Admissions Regulation:
- The government will regulate paid admissions to universities in Russia, determining tuition fees, student numbers, fields of study, and the list of specializations.
