Endorphina secures UAE gaming license in landmark market entry

Endorphina, a Prague-based supplier of online casino games, has secured a key license to operate in the United Arab Emirates. The approval comes from the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), allowing the company to offer its content across the country. This move marks Endorphina’s official entry into the UAE’s newly regulated gaming market. The license was awarded in early 2026, placing Endorphina among the first suppliers to gain approval under the GCGRA’s compliance framework. Džangar Jesenov, Head of Compliance at Endorphina, described the achievement as both an honour and a responsibility.

The company’s expansion aligns with its long-term goal of supporting a sustainable and innovative gaming industry. Alongside Endorphina, other major suppliers—including IGT, GeoComply, and Cammegh—have also received GCGRA approval to operate in the UAE.

The UAE’s regulated gaming sector is attracting a mix of established European firms and local operators. This growing competition coincides with the development of new land-based casino resorts, such as Wynn Resorts’ upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island project. Endorphina’s license allows it to distribute its gaming content throughout the UAE. The company joins a wave of global suppliers entering the market as the region’s gaming industry expands. With major projects and regulatory approvals in place, the UAE is set to become a significant hub for gaming operators.
