Elderly Woman Robbed in Hennef: Cunning Theft by Unidentified Perpetrators Reported by Police

The theft took place around 2 PM, and the suspect used a cunning method to steal the elderly woman's EC card. The suspect, an unknown woman, approached the victim and asked for directions to a hospital in Siegburg, showing a mobile phone to distract the elderly woman. However, the victim did not know the way and ended the conversation.
