According to reports, a white van, allegedly driven by an individual wearing blue overalls, pulled out from the left lane and initiated a strong brake, causing the motorcyclist to collide with the van. The motorcyclist fell onto the road and was briefly unresponsive.

The driver of the van, however, did not stop at the scene of the accident. Instead, he inquired about the motorcyclist's condition but did not provide any personal details or fulfill his duties as an involved party.
