In the quiet town of Hennef, an 86-year-old woman became the victim of a trick theft on August 8, at approximately 14:00. The incident occurred between Bismarckstraße and Frankfurter Straße, as the woman was using her rollator after a shopping trip.
The suspect, described as a woman, approached the elderly woman, pretending to need directions to a hospital in Siegburg. She used a mobile phone to obstruct the woman's view, engaging her in conversation. However, the suspect did not know the way, and the conversation ended shortly after.
