Dusseldorf: Girls from Gerresheim know how to throw a party
The Gerresheim Citizens' Guard is gearing up for an eventful February, with a series of captivating performances and community gatherings scheduled.
On 16th February 2025, the Senior Session of the Gerresheim Citizens' Guard will take place at 13:00 in the community hall of the Protestant Church, Hardenbergstraße. The event promises an exciting lineup, with the artist performing in the evening yet to be specified.
On the same day, the audience can expect a special treat as Prince Andreas I. describes the Ladies' Session as the coolest thing. The evening will also feature the Gentlemen of the Fauth Dance Company, who are sure to cause ecstasy in the hall with their performance. Ventriloquist Tim Becker will also provide entertainment with his rabbit.
The Ladies' Session is celebrated for its exuberant atmosphere, and the audience enthusiastically sings along during the Prince and Princess's performance of their session song "Düsseldorf Helau," which has a total of 33 "Helau"s.

In addition to the Senior and Ladies' Sessions, the Gerresheim Citizens' Guard has more events planned for the month. On 22nd February 2025, a biwak on Gerricusplatz, Düsseldorf-Gerresheim is scheduled for 11:00, which is free and outdoors.
The Bergfest - Mega Costume Party at the Schumacher Brewery, Oststraße 123 is scheduled for 28th February 2025 at 19:00. The KG Regenbow will perform, and the girls in the audience can't be held back.
The highlight of the evening will be the surprise guest chosen by the Prince and Princess, who will receive their order.
With these exciting events on the horizon, the Gerresheim Citizens' Guard is set to bring the community together for a month full of entertainment and camaraderie.
