Starting today, Dunstall Park begins a trial period ahead of its official opening next month, marking a significant expansion for Premier Greyhound Racing. The new addition to the racing schedule is expected to provide thrilling entertainment for greyhound racing enthusiasts across the country.
Garry Nash, managing director of Premier Greyhound Racing, expressed his excitement about the addition of Dunstall Park. The official launch night at Dunstall Park is scheduled for Friday, September 19. In the meantime, greyhound racing will take place on Monday mornings, Wednesday evenings, Thursday afternoons, and Friday nights during the trial period, which will last for a couple of weeks.
Friday nights at Dunstall Park and Saturday nights at Nottingham are expected to be well-supported by trainers, owners, and the public. Nottingham will switch from a Friday night to a Saturday night, effective from September 5.
